Considerations

PRODY to FLAI Automatic Import Issue #1

Date Identified: 2023-02-27 Monday
Problem: Platform not sending any stats to FLAI
Solution

• Timezone of Platform must be identified. Normally the timezone will depend on the actual system or platform the stats were pulled from. Otherwise, do not leave the timezone field blank, instead, put +00:00.
• Un-tick OSD Service, it should display “OSD Service Disabled” so that FLAI will treat the platform as FL or Freelancer type. Screenshot

PRODY to FLAI Automatic Import Issue #2

Date Identified: 2023-03-02 Thursday
Problem: Operator RKFL5055B not appearing when pulling data from Pandora and Loopagent platforms
Solution

• RKFL5055B is indeed in the system but their operator type is FT which stands for Fulltimer
• The setting for operator type for RKFL5055B must be FL instead of FT as FLAI only pulls Freelancer data and not Fulltimer data.
• Update RKFL5055B in the Masterlist section and set operator type from FT to FL to make them a freelancer in the PRODY platform, this will in-turn include RKFL5055B when sending data to FLAI Screenshot

PRODY CSV Import Stat Total Mismatch #1

Date Identified: 2023-03-16 Thursday
Problem: stat CSV imported but actual total stat is not equal to expected total stat
Solution

• Prody Alias Dump
• Check that the involved operators have been mapped to their respective aliases

Unable to Deactivate an Alias

Date Identified: 2024-02-15 Thursday
Problem: Cannot disable differently named aliases (example: "lsd_darwin - pd")
Solution

• Manually set alias status
• Advised operators to avoid aliases in that format
