Symptom
The clock-outemployee's Dashboard shows all 4 time shownlogs for the day as complete. But on the employee'sTimesheet Timepage Sheet("My doesn'tWork"), matchonly what3 appearslogs onappear, and the Admintotal Dashboard/ATShours logs.show Theas log00:00 mayinstead also appear to be missing entirely fromof the Adminactual ATSworked view.hours.

Why this happens
The systemTimesheet/My allowsWork page only counts a clock-out as valid if it falls within the 1-hour grace period after a shift'sthe scheduled shift end time. If anone employeeof clocksthe out4 morelogs thanhas 1 hour after their scheduled end time (e.g. schedule ends 3:00 PM, buta clock-out that exceeds this grace period, that specific log is recordedexcluded atfrom 5:43the PMTimesheet computation — 2 hours 43 minutes late),dropping the logcount fallsto outside3 logs and causing the gracetotal periodto andcompute as won't reflect in the Admin ATS dashboard00:00, even though itthe Dashboard still showsdisplays onall the4 employee'slogs personalas Time Sheet.recorded.

How to resolve it

1. Check the employee'sDashboard to confirm all 4 logs exist and note their timestamps.
2. Identify which log has a clock-out time beyond 1 hour of the scheduled shift end time.end.
3. CompareConfirm itthis to their actual recorded clock-out time.
4. Ifis the gaplog ismissing morefrom thanthe 1Timesheet hour,page — this is expected system behavior, not a bug — the log won't auto-sync to the dashboard.bug.
5. Have the employee (or their TL) submit a manual correction/clock-out request/correctionrequest for thethat actualspecific time,log so it falls within policythe grace period and reflectsgets properly.included in the Timesheet total.

Still not fixed?
If the timesTimesheet still don'tshows match00:00 or is missing logs after a manualthe correction, escalate to IT/Ops with: employee name, PH ID, date, scheduledall shift,4 logged times, and actualscheduled clock-out time.shift.
