For HR Manager

• HR Manager cannot be an evaluator and evaluatee but has access to all NMS Evaluation permissions.

 

For ManagerManagers

• The Manager can beevaluate evaluatedRegular, by the Company Executive, Rank and File employees,, and Probationary employees, and vice versa, except for the Company Executive.employees.

 

For Regular Employees

• Regular Employees can evaluate his/her manager and vice-versa.

 

For Rank and File Employees

• Rank and File Employees can only be evaluated by his/her manager.

 

For Probationary Employees

• Probationary Employees can only be evaluated by his/her manager.
