 Company Executive

• Company Executive can be an evaluator but cannot be an evaluatee.

For HR Manager

• HR Manager cannot be an evaluator and evaluatee but has access to all NMS Evaluation permissions.

 

For Manager

• The Manager can be evaluated by the Company Executive, Rank and File employees, and Probationary employees, and vice versa, except for the Company Executive.

 

For Regular Employees

• Regular Employees can evaluate his/her manager and vice-versa.

 

For Rank and File Employees

• Rank and File Employees can evaluateonly be evaluated by his/her manager and vice-versa.manager.

 

For Probationary Employees

• Probationary Employees can evaluateonly be evaluated by his/her manager and vice-versa.manager.
