Incorrect Number of Leaves Credits
For Managers/Executives:
Confirm the consumed leaves here -> https://nmsattendance.nmsapps.com/leaves
The leaves table only shows data for the past 2 months. You can only view all the filed leaves of an employee within a date range. To do this, click the "Show w/ Filter" button and fill out the necessary fields that you will need.
If the table doesn't reload or show any data, try adding another employee on the Users field.
If you have confirmed that the number of leaves is incorrect. Send a report to HR with the screenshot from the Leaves Table.
For Rank & File Employees:
Confirm your consumed leaves here -> https://nmsattendance.nmsapps.com/user/leave . Then click the "APPLIED LEAVES" tab
If you have confirmed that the number of leaves is incorrect. Send a report to NMSApps Report Form with the screenshot from the My Leaves page.
Updating of Personal Information
Personal information such as your Name, Birthdate, Gender and Password can be updated here -> https://nmsaccounts.nmsapps.com/
Your other information could be edited on the HR App (https://nmshr.nmsapps.com/my-profile)
If you cannot update the information, reach out to any of the HR Staff so they could update them for you
When exporting the Employees List table, the salary info and government IDs are not included.
The salaries and government IDs of employees are intentionally not included in the data being exported due to numerous privacy reasons. If you need those to be included on your export, request it to HR, and they will be the ones who will coordinate with the IT Department.
